Trainee Commercial Finance Broker

Located in Alton, Hampshire, this is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our small, but growing team.
While we make use of innovative marketing techniques to generate a large number of our enquiries, you will still need to be prepared to generate some of your own business if you want to maximise your earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients.
Structure and negotiate financial solutions that meet client needs.
Developing and maintaining a pool of introducing retailers and other business contacts.
Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or customer service.
A strong interest in financial services and a dedication to learning and professional growth.
A self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Outstanding communication, negotiation skills.
Excellent Maths and English education results

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
Basic Salary - £25k p/a + Performance bonus with an OTE of £40k
Paid holiday, starting at 22 days p/a
