Proxima, part of the global Consulting firm, Bain & Company, have a great opportunity for a
Sales Coordinator, initially based in
Cwmbran and then relocating to
Cardiff.

You will be a key member of our
Origination & Solutions team working alongside our offices in
London, Leeds, and the US.

Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator
The role will support the origination strategy and processes from marketing to sales.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment as part of a highly collaborative team of people who introduce and sell procurement services to an international, mainly US & UK, business audience.


  • Managing the contact data in our CRM tool and ensuring contact details and other metadata are uptodate and accurate
  • Qualification and distribution of inbound leads and enquiries, monitoring and driving them through the sales process
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive business development projects
  • Organising logistics for teleconferences/meetings including scheduling and booking meeting rooms
  • Supporting other ad hoc research tasks which vary day to day, to enable and inform the sales process
  • Helping the team keep potential leads engaged by sharing timely/relevant content and reporting on internal activity which supports the sales goals of the business

Criteria for the Sales Coordinator position

  • Must have previous experience in a similar role
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint design, Excel Analytics
  • Prior experience using CRM and market intelligence platforms is desirable
  • Ability to multitask and prioritising appropriately
  • Skilled at building rapport with colleagues at all levels
  • Meticulous organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise and organise senior stakeholders
  • Working as part of a team & independently towards multiple deadlines
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude to work and challenges
