£31,034 (4 on/4 off Shifts) increasing to £32,495 after 6 months
Incremental salary increase up to £38,445 based on demonstrated technical ability and years of experience at CELSA.

Joining our Roll Shop team as a fitter you'll play a crucial part in our production process by preparing, maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment that is used to roll our hot steel.

You'll be stripping, building and maintaining roll assemblies as well as fault finding mechanical problems.

Experience working in a hands on role is key. As you'll be working on mechanical machinery, having a strong mechanical background will be essential. You'll need to be self-motivated, someone who can work efficiently and often under pressure.

You'll be joining a recycling company - we melt scrap metal and recycle it into new steel products. We're the largest producer of reinforcing steel in the UK and one of the largest metal recyclers, too.
