Altum Consulting is partnering with a global conglomerate to hire an experienced Finance Transformation Project Manager.

Our client recently embarked upon a series of Transformation Programmes focussing on Delivery Excellence, Target Operating Model (TOM)changes, Process Standardisation & Optimisation and Technology Enablement.

Working within the PMO office, which is accountable for delivering both the Process Standardisation & Optimisation and Technology Enablement elements of work across all the organisationentities.


We are looking for an experienced Transformation Project Manager to manage the end-to-end implementation of strategic initiatives based around Blackline.


  • Transformation Project Management skills and experience of managing technology implementation projects (Blackline preferred)
  • Risk management and mitigating plans, assessing and evaluating risks and need for intervention
  • Experience of building bridges between the "PMO office/project team" and the rest of the organization
  • Project related change management insight, outlining and escalating key needs for communication and training
  • Experience of project governance including executive reporting and workstream tracking
  • Championing change approaches and comfortable implementing project methodology in a dynamic environment
  • Strong teaming capability with a focus on managing stakeholders
  • Working closely with the main Systems Integrator, and various Third Parties
  • Support the business in meeting its Phase 1 Go-Live and moving into Phase 2
- £700 - £800/day Inside IR3
  • Hybrid working with commitment of 1 day in the Central London office per week
