Internal Property Recruiter - £27k-£29k Salary - Training Provided - Excellent Progression

Key Responsibilities for the internal recruiter:

  • Advisor with internal stakeholders to understand their hiring requirements and building strong relationships across the company.
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding all Key Performance Indicator and other targets for Internal Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring requirements are met.
  • Contributing to job descriptions and job ads which are reflective of the companies tone and culture.
  • Ensure all relevant information is provided to stakeholders accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • Be an ambassador for the internal PR of the department and make every effort to attend monthly sales meetings, business and team building events as scheduled from time to time.

Professional skills and experience

  • Has a track record of success in a similar role.
  • Able to successfully network and build a talent pipeline.


  • IT literate

  • Word, Excel and experienced in using a relevant ATS system and maintains expertise in its use.
  • Ability to build productive working relationships and influence all levels of stakeholder.
  • Has precise attention to detail, processing high volumes of work accurately and to deadline.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm and hybrid working available
