Job Description:

- _ Develop, implement, and manage all process, tools, systems and template initiatives as well as ongoing reviews of each across the Proposals and Budget teams;_
- _ Support strategic Business Development opportunities in the winning of new business by attending client calls, bid defences as a representative of the Proposal group_
- _ Provide overall oversight and assistance with RFP and RFI strategic development; _
- _Oversee the ongoing QC process of Proposals and Business Development deliverables; _
- _Ensure high quality client-focused proposals, budgets and client grids are delivered for new and key business opportunities; _
- _Conduct comprehensive QC review of key and strategic proposal deliverables to identify potential issues/concerns and to ensure high quality and accuracy prior to client submission; _
- _Support the development of study budgets, proposals and RFP responses_
- _ Attend global RFP Triage meetings to assign priority to each RFP received; _
- _Lead and support global initiatives across company divisions to harmonize proposal development processes and tools; _
- _Lead all Proposals training which includes the onboarding of new staff as well as ongoing training of existing staff as well as personnel outside of the team; _
- _Support and Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Working Procedures and Job Descriptions for Proposals & Budgets; _
- _Provide back-up to the Global Head of Proposals and Contracts as needed; _
- _Ensure Senior Management are apprised of the status of proposals preparation and escalate any issues or concerns; _
- _Provide monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for Proposals and Budget teams_

Qualifications:

Over 5 Years experience in Clinical Research Proposal & Contract Department

University Degree
