show home/office cleaning
start Wednesday 7th May
17 hours per week total**We are looking for an experienced and dedicated commercial cleaner to look after 6 sites for our construction client comprising of a mixture of show homes and site offices. The sites are not far apart from each other but own transport is required; there are 4 in RG2, 1 in RG7 and 1 in RG31.

The schedule is as follows:

Site - Office RG7 - 2 visits per week - ideally Monday and Thursday each week - 3 hours per visit

Site - Town House RG31 - 1 visit per week - any day each week (keep to same day) - 3 hours per visit

Site - Town House RG2 - 1 visit per week - any day each week (keep to same day) - 3 hours per visit

Site - Office RG2 - 1 visit per week - any day each week (keep to same day) 1 hour per visit

Site - Office RG2 - 1 visit per week - any day each week (keep to same day) 1 hour per visit

Site - Town House RG2 -
to start wc 13th May - 1 visit per week - any day each week (keep to same day) - 3 hours per visit

Cleaning can be carried out between 7am and 5pm

Duties:

Perform general cleaning of the show homes/offices to keep them in top condition tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as necessary
Notify site management of any maintenance or repair needs
Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to meet health and safety standards

PAY - £13.50 per hour, either PAYE paid monthly as an employee with accrued paid holiday or self-employed also welcome paid fortnightly on submission of invoices

Equipment and materials supplied and kept onsite
