Role and Responsibilities:

Provide advice on planning and land use matters to a variety of clients including house builders, land promoters, infrastructure providers, commercial developers, private developers and public sector bodies
This role is suitable for someone that already has experience working in Town Planning role and is interested in managing a mixed and varied portfolio of planning work. You will be working on a variety of projects from smallscale residential developments to assisting on a number of largescale complex projects.

Experience and Skills Required:

To be considered for this role you must possess / evidence:
Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
Demonstrate efficient time management skills
Ability to manage your own time, workload and problem solve is critical
Possess an inquisitive nature, analytical mind and high level of intellect
Produce considered and robust reports and recommendations
Previous planning experience is essential either in the private or public sector
