And due to continuing success, we are now looking to grow our Planning Team even further with the recruitment of an ambitious Planner.

Role and Responsibilities:


  • Provide advice on planning and land use matters to a variety of clients including house builders, land promoters, infrastructure providers, commercial developers, private developers and public sector bodies
  • This role is suitable for someone that already has experience working in Town Planning role and is interested in managing a mixed and varied portfolio of planning work. You will be working on a variety of projects from smallscale residential developments to assisting on a number of largescale complex projects.

Experience and Skills Required:


  • To be considered for this role you must possess / evidence:
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrate efficient time management skills
  • Ability to manage your own time, workload and problem solve is critical
  • Possess an inquisitive nature, analytical mind and high level of intellect
  • Produce considered and robust reports and recommendations
  • Previous planning experience is essential either in the private or public sector

Qualifications

  • Possess qualification at 2.1 at degree level
  • RTPI accredited town planning qualification
  • Be working towards RTPI membership
