We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and motivated Health & Safety / SHEQ / QHSE Leader with experience in Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Preparation and development of HSE initiatives and policies.
- Maintain and develop robust HSE plans, risk assessments and safe work procedures.
- Continually review risk assessments and safe working practises.
- Investigating any accidents/incidents and identifying the root cause, recommending the most effective corrective action.
- First point of contact with external bodies such as the HSE, Insurance companies and other relevant external providers.
- Accountable for the H&S training of new starters and existing employees.
- Devising and establishing the company's quality & environmental procedures, standards and specifications.
- Reviewing customer, environmental and legislative requirements and ensuring that they are met.
- Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards.
- Monitoring changes to environmental legislation and analysing subsequent risk to the business.
- Establish and maintain controls and documentation procedures.
- Controlling and managing customer complaints and driving excellent response levels.
- Conduct internal audits ISO9001, 14001 and Facilitate External audits ISO9001, 14001 and 4500
- Manage environmental aspects.
