Description
Reporting to the Marketing lead, you will assist with all marketing channels according to the marketing and communications plan and provide support where required.
You will not need experience in the industry, though this would be advantageous.Responsibilities and duties
- Keep all marketing lists up to date with appropriate details and tags.
- Source prospecting lists for the Sales team.
- Set tasks for relevant person(s) in the business to follow up on various marketing activity.
- Download reports on marketing campaigns, reporting on details of opens, clicks etc.
- Manage and arrange CPDs, both inperson and online webinars
- Send new CPDs to accreditor to be approved and make amendments as requested.
- Check CRM records to ensure these are correct for any business sourced through digital marketing.
- Monitor Google and Microsoft Ads performance and alert to any extreme changes in performance.
- Run monthly reports on Google and MA by campaign, showing any changes in performance.
- Run monthly report on organic traffic to the website by page and confirm any conversions/business.
- Research and book relevant events and networking opportunities. Manage events calendar.
- Collaborate with Marketing lead on marketing collateral required for business.
- Perform keyword research for business on any new products and services.
- Monitor new enquiries from digital marketing sources and alert sales team to any prospective organisations that could provide repeat business.
- Keep marketing folders up to date and well organised.
