Description
The Project support Officer will provide project support to Transformation and Innovation projects within the Provide Group. This will be a varied role, supporting a variety of Transformation and Innovation Projects.Excellent organisational and people skills are essential.
The Project Support Officer will be responsible for collating, producing and updating project documentation and systems.
The Project Support Officer will arrange and attend meetings and provide full project Support to Project Managers/Programme Manager with daily/weekly & Monthly objectives in delivering projects to include minutes, actions and admin support.
The Project Support Officer will demonstrate a significant level of initiative in the organisation of workloads and will be required at times to make decisions regarding the most appropriate action needed to support the team in a timely manner.
The post holder will need an organised but flexible approach to their work and have the skills to manage complex and sensitive information.
