Senior Civil Engineer Role

We're seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead our dynamic team in Edinburgh and take advantage of our flexible hybrid working model.

You'll oversee civil design projects, mentor junior staff, and provide technical expertise to determine budget estimates and staffing requirements.

Your safety responsibilities will include carrying out Safety in Design practices and risk assessing out-of-office work.

Key Responsibilities

Lead civil design projects and mentor junior staff members.
Produce technical specifications and calculations.
Determine budget estimates and staffing requirements for projects.
Take ownership of project safety aspects within your control.

Requirements

Civil Engineering degree qualified.
Experience delivering detailed outlines and designs of potable water/wastewater infrastructure.
Leadership experience in project teams.
Mentoring and guidance skills to support junior staff.
Flexible to travel to other offices.
