We have a Gym Team at Attain & Sustain that genuinely care about each and everyone of our member's experience, from the moment they walk through the door for the first time, putting together a gym programme for them, reviewing their progress or simply keeping their club clean and tidy.

We take pride in what we do and it's what stands us a part from others out there. We know our members. They have a name, not a number, and we do all we can to support them. As a result we have member's that have previously never stepped foot in a gym before joining us.

The rapid growth of our Club post-covid has been in no small part to the sense of community and belonging that we strive to make everyone feel a part of.

In lockdown we saw people longing for that interaction with friends, family and others.

We've seen that translate to people wanting to be part of a community, train alongside others and embrace the social aspects of being part of a Club.

As an Personal Trainer we need you to be motivated and take genuine pride in helping people regardless of their experience and confidence levels.

Whatever their health and fitness goals. You'll need to be a people's person to be with us


Key bullet points of our self-employed set up at the Club:

• Part of a Growing Independent Club
• No Rent
• Work minimum of 5 Hours on Gym Floor
• PT can be done on shift
• Standardised PT Packages

- % Commission Payable to Club dependent on number of weekly gym floors (0-40%)

We will need you to have your Level 3 Personal Training Qualification. First Aid would be ideal also but not essential.

You don't need to have tonnes of experience. In fact, any experience We're looking for the right people to add value to our existing team.
