Haulfryn family is looking for a 45 hour week Maintenance and Grounds Person to join a growing team at our friendly holiday park at Dartmoor View.

This role is a mix of handyman maintenance and skills to look after the grounds on the park. In addition this role includes the cleaning and maintenance of hot tubs. Your skills in maintenance is therefore essential.

What Will You Do

• Complete property maintenance jobs to the highest standards that could include basic plumbing, decorating and general repairs to ensure owner and customer satisfaction. The grounds work will include mowing, trimming and hedge cutting.
• Observe Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure safety in the workplace
• Be actively involved in the development of the Park
• Empty, clean, refill hot tubs on changeover days whilst checking chemicals on daily basis
• Be proactive and seek for daily maintenance issues in lodges and rectify
• Work within a team to maintain park

What Will You Bring

• Multi skilled tradesperson with experience in a wide range of property maintenance tasks
• Experience in grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, hedge cutting and general gardening, basic general handy man skills
• Hold a valid full UK driving licence
• Be able to work on your own initiative
• Awareness of Health and Safety legislation and working in a safe manner
• Have excellent customer service and people skills
