Pay Rate:
£11.95 per hour PAYE


Start Date:1st December 2023


Working Hours:

8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday

1st week will be full time in the office for training then hybrid working with days in office TBC.

2 compulsory workload meetings to be held daily at 8am & 15:30pm


Role Overview:


We are looking for Data Administrators to support our client in validating and updating their internal database to ensure they have clean data to work with.

Redundant data, data inaccuracies and missing data need to be corrected in a timely manner and with high accuracy.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation.
  • Validate qualitative and quantitative data to identify gaps and accurately input and update databases as per the specified standard.
  • Work independently and achieve daily administrative targets
  • Liaise closely with the team leader to obtain direction and information to accurately update the database.
  • Ensure the master database is validated and cleansed to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage own workload and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
  • Engage in housekeeping of our Business Intelligence database.
  • Proactively screen dataset for inconsistencies with data integrity, such as, typos or redundant entries and updating the database with the correct inputs based on standardised procedures.
  • Consistently reporting task completion on a daily basis to ensure milestones are met in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Computer literate with excellent MS Office skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi task
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Adaptable to change
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Good time management skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferable
GCSE (A-C) including Maths and English, or Functional skills equivalent.
