Responsibilities:


  • Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Manage filing systems and ensure documents are properly organized
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
  • Assist with basic IT troubleshooting and liaise with IT support when needed

Skills:


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in clerical tasks such as typing and filing
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with computerized systems for data management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Google Suite for officerelated tasks

Part Time:
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8.30am to 17.30pm

Full inhouse training provided.

20 days holidays plus bank holidays (22 after qualifying period)


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Pay:
£8.59-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25.5 per week
