Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is searching for a
Coffee Store Manager for the opening of a new Specialist Coffee shop in Chigwell, Essex, IG7

We are looking for a Coffee Store Manager with previous hands-on experience managing speciality coffee shops/ cafes.

The role will be responsible for both the day-to-day operation of the cafe, including staff management, health and safety control, training,recruitment, ensuring service standards etc, but also financial management, forecasting, control, and reporting to the board of directors.

As well as strong F&B operational management experience, the successful Coffee Shop Manager will also have a connection with independent coffee, ideally with previous experience as a Barista, and should be personable, well-presented, and able to deliverexcellent customer service experience.

The package is to £45k, with a basic salary to £40,000, negotiable depending on your experience, plus a bonus structure based on KPIs such as GP/footfall/reviews.
