The Service Coordinator in this company will be working closely with Compressed Air Engineers servicing everything from small issues, and preventive maintenance to full-on installations.

And your role is to make sure they go where they are meant to go, supportthem in what they need, and make sure the end customer is happy and you solve any problems that come up as well as the admin that comes with this (will send you a job spec before submitting you).

This company has been going from strength to strength over the years, and during our tough times.

They specialise in the servicing and installation of compressed air systems across the Kent, south London and Surrey area as a norm, with a few customers aroundthat area too.


You and your background -


It's a role where you have to go to move people around, make sure people are happy and make sure things are done.

In a nutshell Good on the phone

  • Strong admin skills
  • Be an assistant to the service/operations manager, assisting with day to day management of the service team and the engineers as they progress through their day
  • Taking responsibility to assist in all areas of the service team in busy periods
  • A proactive approach to helping, booking work and converting old or overdue service customers
  • Managing and taking near full responsibility for the diary system
  • Good literacy, manor and customer servicebased language skills
  • Good geographical awareness
  • Proactive in their approach to learning, management and work
  • Strong communicator and an eye for detail
  • Be able to read the situation around them and when speaking to customers 'situational awareness
  • Keen to learn more and develop their role into more than just Service Coordinator, to become a strong part of our service team working together to improve the effectiveness of the service department.

Benefits Package
- £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
