**£30k-£45k basic salary depending on experience + bonus structure + pension + benefits + kit

About the role:

Their young leadership team has been on this journey before - scaling their last business from 10 to 100+ heads between 2014 and 2020.

Now back doing what they love - running a start-up - there is an opportunity for others to join them on this journey andget some great experience working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
