What we are looking for:


To work within Housing Maintenance team delivering a range of services to our clients, including a range of cleaning maintenance services in void properties and this role is pivotal in ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.

This role will undertake void final cleans to allow for the client to let the property to a new customer.


What you need to have:

  • Full UK Driving experience
  • Previous FM experience
  • Determined 'cando' attitude, positive views when faced with challenges and have a flexible approach towards hours and tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
