HR Systems & Data Analyst

Location:
Birmingham


Salary:
£35,000 + bonus

Are you a HR Systems and Data Analyst looking to work for a nationwide retailer?

Within the role you will be mainly be responsible for the maintenance and development of the group wide integrated HR and reporting systems.


Other Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to implementation of new modules/systems.
  • Participating in review, testing and implementation of enhancements.
  • Supporting improvement of procedures and processes.
  • System administration tasks.
  • Ensuring security.
  • Supporting development of HRIS reporting tools.

Experience:


  • Experience working with HR systems and Data management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages and Excel (advanced).
  • Selfmotivated and happy working solo and as part of a team.
  • Aptitude for problemsolving, ability to work under pressure and wellorganised.
