Role summary:

***To perform all the administration duties relating to the contract.

Key responsibilities:


  • Accurate administration and completion of all required administration tasks
  • Collation, preparation and distribution of management reports as required.
  • Organise and prioritize maintenance issues and maintain the site maintenance schedule.
  • Undertake meeting administration duties including notes & action reports
  • Ensure Road compliance information and records are up to date and compliant with legislation, and internal guidelines.
  • Ensure relevant systems and data bases are up to date and accurate at all times
  • Promptly answer all telephone calls received within company guidelines
  • Act as an effective communications link and reliable source of information for others.
  • Provide support to the day operations team through support in times of sickness/ holiday
  • Ensure office supplies are ordered and distributed accordingly
  • Relevant systems and databases are up to date and accurate at all times
  • Reports are delivered accurately and in line with deadlines and meet with departmental requirements
Ideal Requirements

  • Route planning experience (ideally with Truck Stops)
  • FLT Licence
