About the role:
This is a great opportunity to join one of BSI's most pro-active and diligent teams at an administration level.

As the Global Training Digital Content Administrator, you will ensure that BSI Training Academy's digital content is managed, uploaded and maintained efficiently in the systems used by the business worldwide.

This includes E-learning courses, exams and other supporting materials.


This role reports directly to the Global Training Global Training Digital Learning Lead and you will work closely with members of the Product and Systems Team as well as the wider Global Training Team and stakeholders from other BSI countries/streams/functions.

The Global Training Digital Content Administrator is a key member of the Global Training Team and you will play an important part in driving the growth of BSI's digital training business.


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the product team to understand the pipeline of delivery to plan for digital content releases.
  • Digital content includes exams, elearning courses and any other digital support materials in multiple languages.
  • Upload and organise digital content into the appropriate delivery system (including the global LMS)
  • Ensure proper metadata tagging, categorization, and version control of digital materials.
  • Working closely with the systems team to ensure the products are set up and available for country offices to sell.
  • Manage and test updates to content in all systems, then working with the relevant teams to communicate the changes.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the content delivery, user experience, and learning processes.
  • Generate and analyze reports on user activity, content usage course completion, and learning outcomes.
  • Ensure that all issues concerning any system are raised with the appropriate team and all risks identified are proactively dealt with.
  • Support country teams and stakeholders with queries and local content needs
  • Maintain any support and work instruction documentation relating to digital product processes.
To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Experience of managing digital learning content would be an advantage.
  • Solid experience of working in an administrative role is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including competence in dealing with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing essential.
  • Good planning skills and ability to respond well to change in a fastpaced environment.
  • High organisational and attention to details skills.
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems.


  • Strong IT skills

  • MS Office Suite, in particular Excel, Word and Powerpoint
