Description

We are looking for a Warehouse/Production Operative to join our well-established team based in Hadleigh, Suffolk

Key Responsibilities:

Drive forktruck
Receive and process incoming stock and materials
Picking and manually handling stock for production
Unpacking, packaging, loading, and unloading (boxes, finished goods, raw materials), monitoring production lines etc.
Perform general warehouse duties such as organizing, cleaning and maintaining a safe, tidy work environment and ensure any potential hazards are taken care of safely, quickly and efficiently
Ensure stock rotation is done in compliance with agreed site standards
Ensuring all production is carried out in accordance with job sheets, work orders, packaging specifications
Ensuring you always adhere to company procedures and rules and follow both verbal and written instruction
Ensuring all company documentation is completed and records maintained in accordance with the company's procedure

Skills & Competencies:

Forktruck licence essential
Experience of warehouse
Knowledge of the production environment would be an advantage
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Good attention to detail
Ability to work quickly and accurately
Ability to use initiative
