As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant floor.


Your main duties will include:

  • Managing and supervising the frontofhouse staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Assisting with food preparation and ensuring food quality standards are met
  • Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Training new staff members and providing ongoing guidance and support
  • Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow
  • Managing reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Strong knowledge of food production, food preparation, and bartending techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and basic cooking techniques is preferred but not required

Salary:
£13.00-£15.00 per hour
