The key responsibilities of the HR Systems Administrator include:
- Providing guidance on security for the HR system
- Advising on any possible GDPR issues
- Identifying access related issues and providing solutions
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful system implementation
The Successful Applicant:
The successful HR Systems Administrator should have:
- Experience dealing with HR systems
- Creating and maintaining procedures for access and security
- Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders
- Understanding of GDPR legislation
