My client has been established for 4 years now. They are looking for a new Registered Branch Manager to take their business forward.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Branch Manager:

  • To manage 4 office staff and the Carers
  • To focus on growing in the private sector
  • To maintain consistent recruitment
  • To build on relationships with the local authorities
  • Focusing on quality and compliance

Registered Branch Manager Requirements:


  • A person who genuinely cares about high quality care
  • Already has NVQ Level 5 or working towards it
  • You must have previous experience as a Manager within care
  • Commercial awareness
  • Responsive
  • Attention to detail
