Description

We are recruiting for an Internal Marketing Executive to lead, design and develop our company marketing strategies from our Ipswich based office.

Although this is the first internal role for our business, you will be working alongside the Group Marketing Team with a focus on driving engagement to Penny Ltd through supported marketing strategies.

Duties

Develop and implement marketing strategies to our services
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and evaluate market trends
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop marketing materials, such as brochures, websites, and advertisements
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing efforts
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Experience

Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in using marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management platforms
Ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
