Our
Team Leaders here at Change Grow Live play an integral role in ensuring an effective service provision for our service users by creating a focused culture, engaging staff to provide an innovative and continually improving service and provide leadership, support, and development to a wide range of staff.

We have a new and exciting opportunity for an
Alcohol and Criminal Justice Team
Leader to join our service in
Bromley.
  • As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work flexibly and creatively to establish what is needed to have the most positive impact for all who are referred to our service.
You will supervise a team of front line staff members. You will organise and support with inducting new staff, carry out 1 to 1s, and develop/maintaining partner agency relationships.

Responsibilities:


About the role:


  • Engage staff to provide a continually improving and innovative service.
  • Provide leadership, management, support and development to a diverse team of staff
  • Attend and build postive relationships with outreach centres, community venues and create satellite services
  • Attend meetings/forums/events where appropriate
  • Deliver educational and awareness sessions to the team and communities
  • Support service users and families by signposting and advocating for them to access support, being a central person between them and other service

About you:


  • Have a strong understanding of substance misuse issues and experience of working within a similar field
  • Be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written with good IT skills
  • Proactive and able to work on own initiative with excellent time management and prioritising skills
  • Have a good working knowledge of mental health interventions, services, and good practice
  • Be a supportive team player with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in partnership with a wide range of professionals, agencies, and internal/external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage change successfully in a way that prioritises the needs of service users
  • Seek out learning opportunities to improve and broaden your professional knowledge and skills and to contribute and oversee the learning and development of others
