Our A&M Capital Markets teams work with some of the world's biggest Capital Markets institutions represented within some of the world's largest major indices including: FTSE100, S&P500, DAX40 and Hang Seng.

We also work with many small / mid cap public and non-public firms across the banking, asset management, fund, energy trading, broking, trading and exchange sectors.

Responsibilities;

  • Contribute to complex advisory engagements, working closely with our Senior & Managing Directors
  • Deliver the latest thinking in advisory and possess a highly developed appreciation of the unique challenges that Capital Market clients face including the end of quantitative easing, war, interest rates, market liquidity and volatility
  • Work as part of a team on client site and contribute to stakeholder management including key client relationships and deliverables
  • Participate in projects such as the implementation, remediation and specialist reviews of ICAAP, ILAAP, Recovery Plans, risk management frameworks, stress testing and other related regulatory requirements
  • Provide technical, analytical and modelling support across trading & banking book products and also for projects focusing on liquidity, capital, treasury, recovery planning & IRRBB
  • Assist in the development of A&M's Capital Markets strategy including creating & developing thought leadership, contributing to pitches and client go to market propositions

Requirements:


  • A successful track record of delivering Capital Market projects preferably with a Financial Services institution or within a wellestablished consulting firm such as a top tier strategy firm, a leading specialist advisory firm or 'Big 4' consultancy
  • Experience in advisory and implementation projects in relation to risk management, liquidity, capital, treasury, recovery planning & IRRBB
  • Good capabilities in the implementation, remediation and specialist reviews of ICAAP, ILAAP, Recovery Plans, risk management frameworks, stress testing and other related regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge in technical, analytical and modelling across trading & banking book products
  • Welldeveloped skills in client delivery, with a desire to develop solutions and expand responsibility
  • A strong academic track record combined with an actionoriented approach and welldeveloped analytical skills
  • Fluent business level English is essential. Additional European language skills including French, Spanish, Dutch, German or Italian are advantageous
