Description
The Role:
The main areas of the role include but are not limited to:
- Preparing agendas with support from the Senior Governance Manager / Investment Analyst / Head of Governance / CEO
- To prepare meeting packs ensuring a high standard of quality
- To attend meetings (Trustee and Board) and undertake minutes of each meeting
- To prepare minutes of meetings in a timely and efficient manner
- To ensure Actions Logs, Trustee Decision Logs and Conflicts Logs are kept up to date
- Manage bookings in relation to relevant meetings
- Manage the Boardroom booking system and diary for the Governance Team and Evolve Executive
- Supporting the Head of Governance with the Pension Regulators Supervisory requirements
- Support and assist the Senior Governance Manager with annual Trustee regulatory requirements, including Fit and Proper Assessments
- Provide support and assistance to the Evolve Executive
- Updating and ongoing maintenance of standard governance documents such as the Risk Register and Trustee policies with full support from the Governance Team
Role Requirements:
- Experience in working with Trustees or corporate entities is preferred but not essential
- Experience in attending meetings and taking minutes is preferred
- You will have excellent organisation skills
