Description

The Role:

The main areas of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing agendas with support from the Senior Governance Manager / Investment Analyst / Head of Governance / CEO
  • To prepare meeting packs ensuring a high standard of quality
  • To attend meetings (Trustee and Board) and undertake minutes of each meeting
  • To prepare minutes of meetings in a timely and efficient manner
  • To ensure Actions Logs, Trustee Decision Logs and Conflicts Logs are kept up to date
  • Manage bookings in relation to relevant meetings
  • Manage the Boardroom booking system and diary for the Governance Team and Evolve Executive
Additional work will include but is not limited to:

  • Supporting the Head of Governance with the Pension Regulators Supervisory requirements
  • Support and assist the Senior Governance Manager with annual Trustee regulatory requirements, including Fit and Proper Assessments
  • Provide support and assistance to the Evolve Executive
  • Updating and ongoing maintenance of standard governance documents such as the Risk Register and Trustee policies with full support from the Governance Team

Role Requirements:


  • Experience in working with Trustees or corporate entities is preferred but not essential
  • Experience in attending meetings and taking minutes is preferred
  • You will have excellent organisation skills
You will have effective communication skills, including written and verbal
