QUALITY INSPECTOR
As an Inspector you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary.
You'll be working in a small but highly effective team where the highest of standards will be expected from both a technical and behavioural perspective.
Day to day, you'll ensure no product non-conformity escapes to customers.You'll accurately and appropriately measure product features to determine conformance/non-conformance to drawing/model and improve the inspection processes to increase efficiency and/or effectiveness.
You'll conduct inspection processes to meet Customer & internal requirements and conduct measurements of products/ tooling and fixtures as required.
-Essential Skills and Experience:_
CMM Programming experience - at least one of the following
- MITUTOYO
- QCT
- MCOSMOS
- GEOPAK
Ability to read and interpret drawings including GD&T
Use of calibrated inspection equipment such as mic, vernier, bores mics etc
PC Literate, particularly in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Good verbal, communication and analytical skills
Willingness to Learn

Desirable Skills and Experience:_
- Knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100
Job Types:

Salary:
£17.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

- Coventry: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- CNC programming: 2 years (required)
