Customer Experience Lead

Lutterworth, Leicestershire

Hybrid working - 12 month contract - up to £25 per hour
Our client is a highly recognised motorcycle brand with real heritage in the UK and Internationally.

In supporting and further developing their position within the UK and European motorcycle sector, we are seeking a Digital Product Coordinator who will the Global Commercial Organisation.


As the Customer Experience Lead, you will:

  • Maintaining and updating operations manuals.
  • Assist in developing and building online training courses.
  • Managing and updating the training database across Europe.
  • Liaising with internal and external training partners.
  • Maintaining and updating training materials.
  • Administering training materials for all markets (formatting of training material).
  • Managing all translations of extra mile documents and materials.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure all relevant material is up to date.
  • Establishing venues and coordinating training across the region.
  • Supporting the wider marketing team where necessary.
  • Strong administration skills and highly organised.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to develop strong relationships at all levels.
  • Knowledge and experience of the training industry.
  • An understanding and importance of the customer journey.
  • A good knowledge of project management methodologies.
