We are looking for two Room Attendants who are committed to great customer service and would like to join our Louvre Hotel Group Family.

Our hotels are open 7 days a week, 365 days per year, so we can offer flexibility to employees with various shift patterns.

We're looking for a motivated, hardworking individual, who has a keen eye for detail. You'll have the ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting the highest standards.


As a Room Assistant you will be involved in duties such as:

  • Implementing & respecting chain's standard operation procedures
  • Implementing corrective action after guest reviews and mystery visit
  • Register stock in & out
  • Organise linen & welcome product stores
  • Refill housekeeping trolley
  • Participate in the opening and closing of the department
  • Cleaning of the public areas
  • Ensure guest safety at all times

Knowledge and skills required:

Training

  • Basic knowledge of hospitality/customer service environment

Expertise (job-knowledge, technical skills)

  • Ability to understand and follow guidelines
  • Knowledge of health & safety procedures
  • Basic housekeeping technical skills

Behaviour (human qualities)

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Part-time hours: 25-30 per week


Pay:
£9.50 per hour
