Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Manage and recruit strong and likeminded lawyers
Help manage clients expectations whilst building on current market knowledge to keep the department ahead of the curve

To be successful you will have to be:

At least
4 years PQE:
Technically and commercially aware

An established Contentious Construction Lawyer with strong client relationships in the South West
