The Ground Screw Centre has been at the forefront of ground screw technology and development for more than 15 years primarily in the commercial and construction sector and our unrivalled experience and technical knowhow, has propelled us to a market leader in this field.


Over the last 5 years the Company have expanded into the domestic market alongside the growth in using ground screws as an alternative structural foundation to concrete.

Our growth stems from our outstanding level of customer service for which we are renown and our innovative approach.

Using our unique self-install tools which were designed in-house, the Ground Screw Centre now operates throughout the UK with Garden Room/Shed/Office manufacturers, Premium Decking suppliers, Professional Landscapers and Sports Facility suppliers.


We have ambitious plans for growth and expansion into other sectors creating the requirement to add a Sales and Business Support role.

This will enable us to maintain our growth and high standard of customer service.

This is a full-time, office based, permanent role working 35 hours per week, 08:30 until 16:30, Monday to Friday.


Job Title:
Sales and Business Support


Necessary skills, qualifications, and experience:


  • Experience within sales or business support role would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Knowledge of or understanding technical drawings is preferable but not essential.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfortable taking on responsibility, problem solving with excellent communication skills, both oral and written to ensure the smooth end to end support for customers, trade partners and other external organisations.
  • Excellent organisation, time management and ability to prioritise jobs.
  • Full, valid UK/EU driving licence and access to own vehicle due to the rural location.

Main Duties:
(Training will be provided wherever required)


  • Maintaining all associated records including CRM and other key operating systems.
  • Preparing quotations using company processes
  • Providing advice and guidance to customers on our products and services, seeking help from the team when needed.
  • Feeding back on any issues, potential new customers, and sales opportunities.

  • Dependable with a strong work ethic/can do attitude.
  • Both positive and creative in your approach to accomplish tasks effectively
  • Willingness to learn and help to develop the role.

Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
