Finance Administrator - Full Time - Fixed Term contract 12 months, Brighton
We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Finance Administrator to join our busy and dynamic Finance Team.

The Role
The purpose of the role will be to provide administration assistance to the Finance team.

  • Monitoring the shared Accounts inbox and actioning tasks where necessary.
  • Chasing customers for payment of all outstanding invoices in a professional and timely manner.
  • Checking sales contracts are completed correctly by our customers and our events team.
  • Maintaining all aspects of company purchase ledger. Including supplier payment runs and employee expenses.
  • Will have a strong background in finance administration and/or Credit Control.
  • Demonstrates a positive "candoattitude" with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are a must, with the ability to manage various tasks at one time.
  • Possesses clear and confident communication skills.
  • Will have a high level of computer literacy including the Office 365 suite, particularly Excel.
