Accounts Assistant - The role:

This is a permanent role supporting the Company Accountant by preparing, recording, and processing data within company's financial system.


Adomast is a well-established business, and as part of a small and friendly administrative team, you will be expected to take a flexible approach and share in reception duties and the overall smooth running of the office.


Accounts Assistant - Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales ledger includes issuing daily invoices and credit control
  • Purchase ledger includes reconciliation of month end statements
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting includes stock, costings, and management accounts.
  • Assist with continuous reviews in procedures and implement improvements where necessary
  • Ad hoc duties as requested

Accounts Assistant - You:


  • Previous financial office experience
  • Organised attitude and the ability to prioritise work load.
  • Accurate numeracy and typing skills
  • Able to work proficiently with Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to work to resolve queries to a deadline
  • Positive outlook to work and happy to be flexible
  • Previous knowledge with Sage an advantage
  • Previous experience in manufacturing industry desirable but not essential

Salary:
£16,664.72-£26,139.38 per year
