We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor who will be working as part of a team responsible for providing first point of contact resolution to customers through all our access channels.


An ability to empathize, understand and listen to a wide range of enquiries is essential to ensure we continue to achieve the highest standards our customers should expect and deserve.


You will be working with a small friendly team with an agile working policy, a commitment to employee welfare and the potential for flexible working.
