Our client has an excellent opportunity available for a fulltime Personal Assistant (PA) / Executive Assistant to join their established business in events, offering a fantastic yearly rate and added benefits.

Personal Assistant (PA) / Executive Assistant


Location: 10 minutes from Manchester


Salary:
£21,000 - £25,000 per year + Benefits

Job description
As a Personal Assistant (PA) / Executive Assistant, you will be the CEO's right-hand person.

You will be managing the complex, fast-changing diary and inbox, along with liaising with clients and arranging travel and accommodation bookings and supportingthe achievement of strategic objectives.


Due to the variety of the role, you will be required to work across all sectors of the business - individuals with event and or design background are encouraged to apply.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the CEO
  • Manage and coordinate the CEO's diary
  • Day to day administrative tasks
  • Liaise with clients and managers
  • Assist the CEO on day to day tasks
  • Prepare and distribute well written correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Communicate effectively with all teams on behalf of the CEO
  • Manage bookings, travel arrangements, ensuring best use of time and money
  • Support administration team when required

Skills & Experience:


  • Previous experience in a fast paced EA role is desired
  • Experience in the Events industry is desired, but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages
  • Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and juggle a range of different tasks
  • Sound organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • Honest and reliable, with the ability to be flexible
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
