Production Operatives

Exeter EX5

Monday to Thursday (4 Day week Trial)

6.45am to 5pm

PAY £23400


PERMANENT
Immediate Start


Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities:
Follow company procedures, policies and processes in the manufacture and assembly of products.
Take lead and direction from the production supervisor.
Positively commit to a right first time and continually improving culture.


Main Tasks:

  • Basic running and setting of various machines and assembly work.
  • Follow inspection requirements during production to check output and spot any mistakes or flaws in
components/process to minimise impact of non-conformance.

  • Keep jobs cards up to date of production batch progress (approved, nonconforming, inspection
frequency, etc.) and accurately record daily activity using the TMS system.

  • Maintain a tidy and clean working environment.
  • Positively commit to and undertake any agreed training program.
  • Comply with all company rules, including those regarding Health and Safety (e.g. use of PPE etc.).
  • Any other reasonable duties as directed by your Manager/Supervisor.
