Retail Sales Associate


Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays
• Assist with inventory management and restocking
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Meet or exceed sales goals and targets

Experience:

• Previous retail sales experience preferred
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of technical sales, jewelry sales, or electronics sales is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain a wellstocked and visually appealing sales floor
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written communication
