Position:


A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join us at Foray Motor Group as an Accounts Assistant, based at our Head Office in Salisbury.

This is a Full Time, permanent position.


You will be responsible for key areas in our Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger departments, working closely with our current team.

What you'll be doing;

  • Setting up of new suppliers on our Purchase Ledger, ensuring thorough checks have been conducted
  • Daily input of Purchase Ledger invoices, ensuring they are entered with accuracy and in a timely manner
  • Daily reconciliation of our banking, ensuring all transactions are accounted for and posted to our in house DMS system
  • Cash handling and regular visits to the bank to deposit monies and cheques
  • Offering support to the current Accounts Team members with any adhoc responsibilities
  • Ensuring all filing is of an Audit Standard
  • Management of stationary ensuring stock levels are correct and ordering items where necessary
  • Collaborate and build key relationships with team members at varying sites

Requirements:

Key Skills Required;

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator
  • Ability to prioritize workload to suit the day to day needs of the business
  • Strong organization skills to ensure tasks are completed in the necessary deadline
  • Dealership experience would be desirable but not essential as full training would be provided
