About the Role:


We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Assistant Principal under the direction of the principal, who will take a role in leading the rapid improvement on the focus on raising standards so that all students make at least expected progress.


The aim of the role is to contribute to the academy's quality assurance programme, including lesson observations, work scrutiny, progress data and the sharing of good practice throughout the academy.

You will also be a visible role model in leading staff and maintaining the high expectations of professional standards across the academy.
