Job Description:

CaST is GSK's own 'Creative at Scale Team' and is run by a dedicated crew of in-house production professionals.

Working together with GSK* brands, CaST produce and amplify campaign content that is more relevant, more tailored and more personal for their customers, consumers and experts.

GSK consumer brands are now known as Haleon brands.

An opportunity for a talented and charismatic and resilient individual to lead production projects globally for a major client's blue chip brand.

This is a fantastic role for somebody looking to join an ambitious company at an exciting time, with the chance to work across a multitude of different projects, working with both clients and creative agencies on productions in many markets globally.

Responsibilities

Function as the main point of client / agency contact throughout any given production.
Interpret client & agency briefs and be capable of quantifying, pitching, scheduling and quoting on all aspects of production.
Work with the senior team to advise on means to provide production cost savings and efficiencies.
Lead the production team across all stages of production through to delivery ensuring everything is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard, with all assets meeting the client's stringent global guidelines.
Lead clientfacing meetings, the majority of which are remote, throughout the production process.
Oversee complete budget wrap of each production, ensuring that all productions are fully reconciled, a production factsheet is completed and, where necessary, a production washup with all parties.
Continuously work on maintaining and strengthening client and agency relationships.
You will be working with creative agencies and clients across the globe, however there is no current requirement to attend shoots in these regions. Most work will be remote.

Core experience and skills

Experience working in a production environment; along with experience working across client facing production or account services role.
Experienced in production end to end including shoot prep, edit and post.
Confident communicator with clients and agencies, and a confident negotiator with external production suppliers
Proven track record of successfully managing productions across all budget ranges with multiple deliverables across multiple channels.
Experience of working in a team and managing and developing junior production talent.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excel, Powerpoint, Word, and Teams, Zoom.
Experience of working directly with clients, agency producers, account teams and creatives.
