"Your Role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Care Home Administrator to be responsible for the effective delivery of a variety of resident, colleague, and financial administration to support the Care Home in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations.
This role is based in the care home and you will be expected to travel into Swiss Cottage, Camden on a daily basis.
You will take an active role in maintaining and ensuring that the standards of administration are compliant in line with relevant regulations and legislation to ensure that our residents are always effectively safeguarded.
In liaison with the People Department, you will assist with recruitment and onboarding procedures for new Care colleagues and maintain accurate records of colleague training.
Reporting to the Registered Home Manager, you will support on administration related to financial transactions, budget management, marketing, and organisation of resident activities.
You will also be responsible for the coordination the care home's diary and ensure effective appointment management with relevant contractors are arranged and executed in a timely fashion.
You will need to both caring, professional, and service-oriented with the ability to communicate effectively both in verbal and written communication to all internal colleagues, residents, and external customers/service providers.
You will have demonstrable administration experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to effectively plan, organise, and prioritise your workload with a continued commitment to a high quality of service.
