Role:
Emerging Technology Lead

Location:
office in C.London (this role can be remote with 1-2 visits to the office per month)

Reports into:
Tech Director

Salary:
£90-100k + comprehensive bens package

The company:

The Innovation team uses emerging tech to help start-ups and SMEs scale their products

Eg:

Using ML/AI to improve speech comms for those who don't have access to Speech Therapists
A digital giftbuying experience to raise money for children's charities
Building a virtual shopping experience using AR / ML / Photogrammetry

The role:

T-shaped role, with hands-on development role, architecture & design, and team leadership. This company can be flexible with line management, it's entirely optional for this role. Either way, you will be mentoring others and setting the technical directionfor the team.

This isn't a sales role, however you should be comfortable explaining the benefits of a technical solution to non-tech audiences.

Very open to various stack / language backgrounds, as the tech will vary from project to project (though the corestack is full stack JavaScript).

This role would suit you if you genuinely enjoy learning new tech on the job and don't like sitting still for too long

Tech stack:
varies dep. on project, largely it's JavaScript, React, Angular, Cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure), CI/CD, ML, AI, AR, Web3, IoT and more
