Our client a local company based in High Wycombe is looking for an Experienced Full Time Service Co-Ordinator. This role has come about due to a growing increase in workload.You will work alongside their current service co-ordinator and report directly to the Customer Service Manager.
You must be able to interact with customers and sub-contractors alike to ensure that work is booked in a timely manner.
You must be able to multi task, raise RAMS/permits as necessary, raise purchase orders, progress chasing for job sheets, invoicing and raising after service quotations to the customerMain responsibilities to include but not exclusive to:
- Scheduling planned maintenance and small works jobs by liaising with approved sub-contractors and the customer to ensure KPI'S are met
- Customer invoicing
- All call outs to be completed in accordance with client KPI and their own SLA
- Investigate and resolve all customer queries
- Update CRM accurately
- Liaise with finance department as necessary
- Provide adhoc cover to the customer service team
Essential Criteria:
- Experience of dealing with engineering teams and scheduling work effectively
- Proven record of building relationships with customer based.
- Strong communication skill both written and verbal.
- Proactive and able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent organization skills
- Sharp mind and excellent memory
