Our client a local company based in High Wycombe is looking for an Experienced Full Time Service Co-Ordinator. This role has come about due to a growing increase in workload.

You will work alongside their current service co-ordinator and report directly to the Customer Service Manager.

You must be able to interact with customers and sub-contractors alike to ensure that work is booked in a timely manner.

You must be able to multi task, raise RAMS/permits as necessary, raise purchase orders, progress chasing for job sheets, invoicing and raising after service quotations to the customer

Main responsibilities to include but not exclusive to:

  • Scheduling planned maintenance and small works jobs by liaising with approved sub-contractors and the customer to ensure KPI'S are met
  • Customer invoicing
  • All call outs to be completed in accordance with client KPI and their own SLA
  • Investigate and resolve all customer queries
  • Update CRM accurately
  • Liaise with finance department as necessary
  • Provide adhoc cover to the customer service team

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience of dealing with engineering teams and scheduling work effectively
  • Proven record of building relationships with customer based.
  • Strong communication skill both written and verbal.
  • Proactive and able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Sharp mind and excellent memory
