Our Home

Our brand new assisted living accommodation Atlantic View is located right on the sea front in the picturesque town of Ayr, boasting panoramic views over the Clyde to the Isle of Arran.

Our home has been purpose built to accommodate luxury living on the sea front.

Atlantic View comprises of 50 ensuite rooms across 4 floors, with facilities such as spacious dining areas and lounges on each floor, further reiterating the locality overlooking the beach as a prime viewing platform when relaxing or having a peaceful dinner.

There are further opportunities within the accommodation to participate in our Wellness Hub, incoporating physical exercise with our range of exercise equipment as well as nipping next door to visit a beauty therapy room or salon.

Further to this, there is a cinema room to screen a movie with your close ones or a televised event, a games room, celebration suite to have a private dining experience with your family and friends as well as access to our Mediterranean-inspired garden.

We are looking for staff that will aim to empower the individuals residing with us, ensuring they feel motivated, valued and inspired to relish a life that caters to their unique preferences each and every day.

We are looking for Full-Time staff to join our Senior team to work to a shift pattern and a rolling rota, supporting not only those residing but the team.

Job Role of Assisted Living Co-ordinator

• To provide person centred care and support when required
• To maintain the dignity of each and every person residing within Atlantic View
• To comply with the companies policies and procedures
• Providing personcentred, therapeutic care
• To encourage and enable the independence and motivation of the people living within Atlantic View
• To support the people residing within Atlantic View to appointments, outings etc
• To ensure required documentation is uptodate
• To keep up to date and compliant with training courses including online as well as facetoface training
• To be able to work both on your own and as part of a team using your own initiative when required

Requirements of the Assisted Living Co-ordinator

• A passion in delivering high quality care and aiming towards personcentred outcomes
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Deliver high quality care and achieving personcentred outcomes
• Understanding of outcomefocused care delivery and documentation
• Confident with electronic systems such as quality assurance/care planning
• Confident in speaking with external professionals and families
• Registered with the SSSC
