We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and resolving any issues they may have in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Document customer interactions and escalate issues as needed
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve customer experience
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
